As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for engaging the Cloud Services segment growing market share with key decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies around getting our share of wallet for the spend within the the Data Centre and Cloud and Services Provider Segment
  • Maintain Salesforce.com (CRM) as to clearly and accurately represent the business opportunity as they exist today
  • Set targets and ensure strategies are in place to meet each target
  • Manage accurate monthly order forecasting in line with company target
  • Develop and implement strategy for increasing business in the segments

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Management or trade Qualifications with business management experience
  • Proven Business Development experience in Electrical Technologies, (preferably in Medium Voltage and/or Power Automation) specifically aligned with the Data Centre and Cloud and Services Provider Segment
  • Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting sales targets and objectives
  • Training in leading sales and execution methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience in setting and deployment of strategy (business strategy and opportunity strategy
  • Understanding of business system applications, market trends and integration/adoption issues
  • Experience and skills in contract negotiation, tender evaluation & process
