As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for credit analysis and customer support, working closely with Senior Relationship Credit Manager and Senior Relationship Manager. You will also ensure sound risk management is maintained for the portfolio and will require a close working relationship with credit partners and product specialists.

Role Location: Sydney, Tamworth, or Brisbane

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Relevant banking experience and tertiary qualification (accounting preferred)
  • Understanding of cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques, strong MS Excel skills required
  • Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
  • Demonstrated customer service skills (internal and external)
  • Enthusiastic approach and keenness to learn and develop
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Agribusiness knowledge preferred, but not required
