Clarity Partners are seeking a Commercial and Contracts Lead to be based in the Perth CBD.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, our client is seeking a driven Commercial and Contracts Team Lead to be responsible for the full Contract Lifecycle, providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders and leading a team of direct reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide commercial leadership and direction across the full Contract Lifecycle.
- Manage resources to ensure works are delivered in line with contractual requirements.
- Lead a team of direct reports, accountable for providing clear technical advice, expertise and direction to the team.
- Driving a consistent approach to contract delivery processes and procedures including the use of systems, tools and templates.
- Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise and proven understanding of contract management.
About You
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Law or Commerce.
- Previous experience in a Senior Commercial, or Contracts role- Mining & Resources industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated people management skills with an ability to motivate and lead successful teams.
- Have strong working knowledge of and the ability to interpret legislation with regards to contract law.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
