About The Opportunity

Gardenia is a 24 Cardiac ward with the ability to provide telemetry to patients.

The successful candidate will possess proven management skills in a ward setting. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the ward and resources as well as providing leadership that enhances the advancement of clinical practice.

You will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client care and customer service.

The ability to manage clinical risk and implementing process improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience
  • Previous experience in a cardiac setting is essential for this role
  • Post-graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded
