Loan Market Propel is led by four highly skilled Directors — Andrew Rowlands, Adi Dhawan, Tanya Symonds, and Ryan Taylor. With extensive expertise in residential, construction, first home buyer, refinance, equity, commercial, and personal loans, they are committed to providing holistic financial solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand clients' financial goals and objectives through personal meetings.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process for a smooth experience.
  • Negotiate with lenders to secure optimal mortgage terms and rates.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on all mortgage-related matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, referrers, and lenders to ensure satisfaction everytime.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in banking or broking.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong grasp of credit policies, lending requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to manage leads, calls, and follow processes efficiently.
  • Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management preferred (or willingness to obtain).
