Australian painting franchising seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Painter Estimator and Customer Liaison. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in estimating project costs, providing quotations for painting jobs, and delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the painting industry and grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site assessments to measure painting projects for estimation purposes under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn to prepare detailed and accurate quotations for painting jobs, considering project scope, materials, and labor costs.
• Shadow experienced team members during meetings with customers to understand their painting requirements and provide support as needed.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, assisting with project coordination and communication.
• Learn to proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and job specifications.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times while on job sites.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the painting industry.

Qualifications:

• Not much experience required; however, a strong interest in the painting industry and willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
