Role Overview

As an SMSF Specialist Financial Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBA), property, insurance, superannuation, and investments to provide top-tier financial advice to our clients. You will be provided with booked consultations, admin and paraplanning teams, and will be responsible for project managing the new advice from start to finish.

Qualifications & experience

  • Must be FASEA qualified and Accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor
  • Deep understanding of superannuation including SMSF setup, LRBA, property, insurances, investments, managed funds, retirement planning, TTR accounts, and pension phase clients.
  • Experience as an onboarding advisor.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Willing to learn and build within the business.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and track activities to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and presentation.
  • Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on SMSF, LRBA, property, insurances and investments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and processes from start to finish.
  • Prepare, manage and present strategic financial plans to SMSF clients from initial consultation to implementation.
  • Collaborate in the development of new business & referral sources.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • High standards of compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Participate in system analysis and development.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve client experience.
  • Assisting with best practices and compliance.
  • Onboarding new clients. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice.
