ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Influencer Specialist for MESHKI, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding the brand's presence and influence in the fashion industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies, managing relationships with influencers, and coordinating impactful influencer campaigns. This role requires a proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with influencers, ensuring their content aligns with MESHKI's brand values and enhances its premium brand positioning globally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that leverage the unique aspects of each market.
  • Identify and engage with influencers whose brand and audience align with MESHKI’s values and target demographics.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager, ensuring influencers feel valued and aligned with MESHKI’s brand ethos.
  • Engage actively with the influencer community to understand their needs, aspirations, and perceptions, tailoring collaborations to be mutually beneficial.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that showcases MESHKI’s products.
  • Ensure that influencer-generated content aligns with MESHKI’s brand aesthetics and messaging.
  • Manage content sourcing, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality visuals and videos for use across MESHKI’s digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns from concept to completion, including product seeding, event coordination, and social media takeovers.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimise campaign outcomes and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to brand communications.
  • Collaborate with PR and events teams to integrate influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives and events.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion, social media, and influencer marketing to keep MESHKI at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for MESHKI.
  • Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Use data and insights to inform future strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Report regularly to senior management, ensuring alignment with MESHKI’s strategic objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for MESHKI at public and industry events, articulating and embodying the brand’s values and vision.
  • Maintain a polished and stylish appearance that reflects MESHKI's aesthetic, inspiring influencers and audiences alike.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion industry or beauty
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong relationships with influencers and content creators in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • A genuine love for MESHKI as a brand, our values and our mission.
  • A bubbly, genuine and outgoing personality.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills (you are the friend that has to say hi to a million people when you go out).
  • A natural charm and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of MESHKI’s branding and what constitutes great content.
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok (if there was an Influencer Trivia, you would win 100% ).
  • Experience hosting/coordinating influencer events.
  • A creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven’t been done before (for gifting, initiatives, events).
  • Expert at all things Google Suite.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Ability to think creatively about problems.
  • Able to analyse and learn from data to improve performance.
  • Passionate about women empowerment, diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.
  • A great sense of style that fits MESHKI aesthetic.
