Clough has an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Administrator to join our Team based in the Perth CBD office.

In this role, yo u will effectively provide support and administration to the Corporate QHSE team . Y ou will support the maintenance of various quality systems and databases to support QHSE management co-ordination . You will update, collate and o rganis e the relevant dossiers to support licensing, accreditation and return to work activities . At times, you may be working on multiple tasks and often without supervision .

Your focus will include:

Responsible for day-to-day office quality function administration duties related to achieving up-to-date documentation on the CMS

Maintain status control of raised NCR's, CAR, SI 's, facilitate action tracking and closure  regularly and updating corporate reporting monthly.

Establish and maintain spreadsheets & records for the purpose of controlling and managing quality activities 

Organised r ecord keeping, data gathering & distributing, report ing , maintenance of QHSE documentation

Collating and arranging information for project quality monthly reports

Governance & Sustainability portal data entry, upkeep and maintenance

Administrative support for Governance & Sustainability and Injury Management & Workers Compensation, where necessary.

What you will bring to the team:

Extensive software skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint , Excel)

Experience administrating Q HSE reporting tools

Reporting and analytical experience (Power BI experience preferred)

Internet research abilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
