What you do:
A newly created role to be the Principal Integration Architect working on migrating iSelect's telephony system to Genesys CX3 cloud based omni-channel solution.
General Architecture objectives include;
- Guide strategic programs, key to this and a main initial focus of this role is the contact centre integration project (the implementation of a new contact centre solution and integrating with legacy and contemporary technologies).
- Undertake high level research, horizon scanning and analysis to identify future Information and Communication Technology (ICT) trends and assess applicability
- Develop and maintain target state architectures and roadmaps.
- Maintain instance with Salesforce best practices & ensure it is fit for purpose
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align strategies with business needs
This is a full-time, 18-month fixed term contract.
What you need:
- Demonstrated experience as a Principal Integration Architect within complex contact centre environments
- Strong working experience across a broad range of technologies, including integration, database management, RESTful APIs, and both legacy and contemporary systems and services
- Experience in automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Extensive knowledge and proven working experience with Contact Centre platforms (preferably Genesys), Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Salesforce CPQ, Object Model
- Some exposure to Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Ability to provide clear guidance and explanation of complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to talk problem solve with technical subject matter experts (both internal and service providers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
