Our platform optimises ad performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and other major platforms, leveraging advanced AI algorithms for unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and start shaping our brand and messaging as we grow and expand into new regions.

For the right person, this is an exceptional opportunity to own our messaging, shape our branding, and take control of a crucial business function.

  • About the role** ️

Working alongside the founders, you will develop an integrated growth strategy and help execute the tactics to acquire, activate, and engage ecommerce store owners, ultimately leading to an increase in new customer acquisition.

The role will comprise a mixture of strategic and hands-on tactical projects and will also have input to the product team to help shape the product as we scale the business.

  • Develop greater awareness of Blend through a mix of digital marketing mediums.
  • Help refine the brand position, tone of voice, and identify customer segments and target audience.
  • Own and lead initiatives that generate and nurture top of funnel leads via digital marketing (SEM, SEO, email).
  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of our marketing website, landings pages and associated collateral i.e. Content and social channels.
  • Investigate and experiment with untested channels, such as affiliate, influencer and referral programs, events, cooperative marketing with partners; or any other ideas you bring with you.
  • Develop engaging content for various platforms that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand’s voice.
  • Oversee the development and execution of engagement strategy for communication with new and existing customers, fostering a vibrant community of engaged customers
  • About you**
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Prior experience marketing SaaS products is highly valued, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strategies involved.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including social media, SEM, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Hubspot)
