Are you passionate about turning innovative ideas into reality? Join Powerlink for an 18 month contract as an Innovation Lead and drive innovation initiatives that transform the way we work.

As our Innovation Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to making innovation second nature. Your role is not just about generating ideas; it's about empowering teams and leaders to translate those ideas into impactful outcomes.

Within this role you will;
 

  • Support the organisation in finding new and creative ways to solve complex problems and act on new business strategies
  • Collaborate with teams and leaders to translate innovative ideas into impactful outcomes
  • Guide individuals and teams through the innovation process—from ideation to business case development and successful delivery of game-changing ideas
  • Drive engagement through collaborative workshops, fostering a vibrant and connected innovation community
  • Support the Innovation Manager with continuing to evolve the Innovation Strategy in response the changing needs of the organisation
Your expertise
  • A degree in business, engineering, innovation or strategy in advantageous
  • Experienced in delivering corporate innovation initiatives and programs
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, facilitation, influencing, and partnering across all levels of an organisation
  • Able to coach others in actively contributing to and managing innovative solutions through the entire innovation process
  • Proficient in navigating uncertainty and motivating others during organisational change
  • Experienced in preparing high-quality innovation documentation and business cases
  • A problem-solver with analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
