About the Role

The purpose of the role is to coordinate and lead the practices development teams working on icare’s applications. Ensuring that the teams can effectively fulfil their duties to the required standard and quality, and assist them in resolving issues, blockers and risks. Support the steady output of features by helping facilitate communication with stakeholders and balancing priorities across the teams.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a IAM Practice Lead you will:

  • Ensuring work behaviors relating to the quality of outputs produced by the Identity and Access Management practice are followed. (code reviews, unit testing, documentation)
  • Assist with the development of quality and design standards.
  • Ensure that components of the overall technical design that relate to the Identity and Access Management practice meet the standards of quality and design.
  • Address problems in the work environment and devise action plans and approaches.
  • Facilitate accurate work estimation on behalf of the Identity and Access Management Practice
  • Support the both the Business Technology and Identity and Access Management strategy through development and embedment.

Your story so far:

  • Proven track record of leading technical software delivery within a team using Identity and Access Management products such as SailPoint, Okta and Thycotic - minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience in technology operational change and embedment.
  • Experience in workforce planning and commercial management.
  • Working with IT management to create and implement operational change by initiating and improving quality of technical artefacts, services, processes and tools in a technology organisation.
