The Role

Reporting to the National Property Manager, the Property Coordinator will be responsible for the business unit property portfolio and ensuring Medicare licensing requirements are met. This role will provide high level support to the revenue team including supporting the business on the implementation of property strategies and business outcomes. This is an extremely busy role and previous experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the State Revenue Manager with all property matters
  • Efficiently track and manage all leases including new matters, renewals, exercise of options and terminations in line with relevant company policies.
  • Undertake analysis of supporting financial data and generate monthly reports
  • Oversee and monitor property expenditure reports to ensure agreed timeframes are met and provide accurate progress updates
  • Complete the application for new, renewal, relocation, and cancellation forms required for Medicare ACC licensing and ensure all sites remain Medicare compliant
  • Maintain and communicate ACC closing/opening procedures and ensure all tracking systems are kept up to date
  • Liaise closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders including the marketing team, legal team and lease administration team.
  • Provide training to new team members within the business development team on property related procedures and tools.
  • Effectively communicate with relevant external stakeholders (Landlords and managing agents).
  • Efficiently coordinate all property matters ensuring deadlines are met

You will ideally demonstrate

  • Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in a similar industry and/or role
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised and has the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and people skills
  • Willingness to learn and have a proactive attitude
