We are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance team. This permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Head of Finance will you see you lead a large team across a wide range of finance operations that are critical to fostering strong relationships with our broker and vendor partners.
With a mandate to simplify and a passion for improving processes this role provides a great opportunity to explore ways of streamlining processes and helping to support a great team deliver beyond stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all finance operation processes, including revenue and accounts services.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to team members
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement and reconciliation of transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams delivering timely and accurate information critical to the successful functioning of a wide range of teams
- Continuously improve operational processes to deliver simplicity across all finance operation services
- Contribute and take an active role in shaping the direction of the finance function
Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated capability of implementing finance operation process improvements
- Experience managing relationships with counterparties such as brokers and vendors
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or finance
- Knowledge of the finance industry would be preferable
