Finance and Insurance Business Manager

Echuca Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our multi franchise award winning team.

The successful candidate will be a result driven with excellent communication skills (both oral and written) including a professional strong guest/customer focus.

A solid track record in Finance & Insurance/Sales in the retail automotive or similar industry or similar is essential.

Working as part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for offering our Guests personal payment solutions to meet their needs, as well as insurance products. You must be 100% committed to providing exceptional service and able to build strong relationships with both our Guests and Sales team. You will be hands on and fit into a team of positive, motivated and friendly professionals that all contribute to the high-performance culture of our business.

Do you have?

• A minimum of 12 months Sales or Finance & Insurance experience
• Proven track record demonstrating meeting of performance KPI
• Superior communication, both written, verbal and negotiation skills
• High energy, proactive, resilience with a 'will to win' mindset
• Ability to stand out from the crowd and go the extra mile
• Be able to work closely with your team and lead from the pack
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
