Our suite of automated project cost management software is transforming the construction industry, giving businesses greater control and visibility over their finances. Lentune has seen significant success this year, with increased partnerships, expanded market reach, and higher customer retention rates.

As our Australian-based Demand Generation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting growth journey. You'll develop and execute innovative marketing programs that generate demand and drive revenue growth.

What will you do?

  • Conduct market research to identify target audience segments, pain points, and preferences.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to target audience segments using digital, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and foster brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing executive to create engaging content assets to support campaigns.
  • Set up and manage marketing automation platforms to automate lead nurturing, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
  • Work with strategic partners to expand reach, access new audiences, and drive joint marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, UX optimization, and CTA optimization.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows and email drip campaigns to engage leads and move them towards conversion.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to measure KPIs and derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate campaign updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Marketing experience in construction, technical software, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Identifying and making new contacts to broaden your network, with a knack for building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding marketing targets and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
