The Role

This role sits within a leading corporate team. It will suit a 4yr+ lawyer looking to work on matters involving:

  • privacy and data, and cyber security.
  • ICT procurement.
  • IP licensing matters.
  • regulatory maters.
  • M&A transactions

You

The ideal candidate will come from a corporate and commercial background with experience working on IP transactions, excellent attention to detail, strong drafting skills and the ability to work well within teams.
