Please note: This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of 14 months.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively plan, manage, and coordinate resources for site product projects, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.

  • Manage the end-to-end NPD and/or product changes process specification program in collaboration with our head-office teams.
  • Serve as the site NPD/Product change liaison for the manufacturing team, overseeing all site-level trials.
  • Coordinate and direct NPD/Product change projects through successful collaboration with cross-functional site teams.
  • Brief and support the site teams in areas of NPD and product changes, spanning liquid, packaging, planning, and raw materials.
  • Build, govern, and deliver NPD plans for the site, ensuring alignment with supply and demand plans to meet timely objectives.
  • Improve organisational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to enhance productivity and foster a performance culture.
  • Facilitate the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adaptability.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure risk management processes are followed.

  • You have a knack for computers and are proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite with exceptional document management capabilities. You will also possess the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role or can demonstrate substantial experience working in quality related roles.
  • You bring a wealth of experience in proactively planning, managing, and coordinating resources for site product projects.
  • You effortlessly command attention and can support teams across liquid, packaging, planning, and raw materials, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of projects.
  • Strategic planning is your forte, as you build, govern, and deliver plans with precision, ensuring alignment with supply and demand plans to meet deadlines. Your knack for improving organisational effectiveness and implementing change initiatives speaks to your commitment to driving productivity and fostering a culture of excellence.
