Job Description: As the Head Barista, you will be the cornerstone of our café, responsible for not only crafting high-quality beverages but also for inspiring and leading our team. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Maintain and enforce the highest standards for coffee preparation, presentation, and taste.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate baristas to achieve their best performance, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive friendly, prompt, and attentive service, addressing any issues with a professional and courteous approach.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily café operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a barista, with at least 3 years experience behind the machine.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
