About The Role

The Regulatory Affairs Associate role is a maternity leave contract for a min 12 months. As a large company however, there could be future opportunities within the organisation long term.

This a perfect opportunity to start your career in reg affairs, if you are wanting to branch out of working in the laboratory/Quality space or if you are already working in this space, extend yourself by learning a diverse and broad range of standards.

As a chemical company they work across abroad number of authorities including the APVMA, AICIS, TGA, Medsafe NZ and MPI NZ.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and the passion for networking within a team to really drive the business forward.

Working As Part Of a Larger Reg Team Across ANZ, You Will Assist In Ensuring Compliance With Key Regulatory Standards Including

  • Documentation - submissions, filings, and approvals.
  • Liaising internally with R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, as well as external stakeholders as a point of contact providing guidance on regulatory/ compliance matters.
  • Adapting to the constant change in the regulatory environment

Skills & Experience

  • Mon- Fri – option to WFH Mondays and Fridays
  • Tertiary qualifications – chemistry essential
  • Some regulatory knowledge - APVMA, TGA , AICIS, Medsafe, EPA etc desirable.
  • Experience in chemistry and/or reg affairs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and willingness to learn about new guidelines, procedures and requirements desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Ability to work proficiently in Excel, Office
  • Good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask essential.
