Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales at Mountain Culture, who will play a pivotal role in implementing effective sales strategies and driving the growth and success of the organisation by leading, developing, and managing the sales team. 

This key leadership position is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Head of Sales will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the company's revenue and profitability objectives are met.

  • Feedback and reporting
  • Accounts management and satisfaction
  • Key accounts management

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in the beer industry, with experience as a Head of Sales or equivalent
  • Exceptional relationship development skills (both internally and externally), and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative strategic and commercial partnerships and networks.
  • Strong leadership skills in geographically dispersed beverage sales representatives. 
  • Proven experience in sourcing and converting leads and developing a profitable and lengthy customer pipeline. 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to set and execute a sales vision and drive analytical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience in developing metrics/KPIs, negotiating contracts and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales software, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
