We are currently seeking a highly motivated and fashion-minded Retail Leader who are interested in joining the Brand Collective business in our NEWEST store

As part of the team launching Superdry at Harbourtown, you will join the epitome of global street culture: combining Japanese graphics, vintage Americana and the finest British tailoring to produce clothing of flawless quality and timeless style. Superdry has been a wardrobe staple worldwide since 2003.

About the role:

As the leader in the store, youwill motivate a passionate team and managethe daily store operations, building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.

To achieve the above, you:

  • Inspire and help mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiaststo reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy

  • Closelymonitor store sales performance- acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement

  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate throughvisual merchandising

  • Take a proactive approach inloss prevention managementi.e. stock shrinkage

  • Recruit, train and coach a passionate team

  • Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that thework environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation).

The preferred skills and experience:

  • Previous Retail/Store Leadership experience intraining, coaching and mentoring team members

  • Awarm, welcoming natureand enjoyworking with a variety of customers, and apassion for creating a memorable service experience for those visiting our store

  • A proven record ofdriving and exceeding KPIs, effectivestock control and visual merchandising

  • Excellenttime managementskills

  • Committed tocontinuous improvement and learning

  • You are confidentcommunicatingwith stakeholders at all levels

  • Unrestricted Australianworking rightsand full-timeavailability
    • Availability to commence July 1 highly regarded.
