About The Client:
We're thrilled to invite you to join our client's dynamic global scaleup as an Engineering Manager.
With a recent capital raise, our client is expanding their team and offering an exciting opportunity to reshape their industry. This is your chance to dive into a fast-paced environment and gain invaluable high-level experience.
As a key member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge architectural principles and the latest technology stacks to shape the future of their platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build a cutting-edge SaaS product to address the challenges faced by major companies in multiple regions.
- Design solution architectures that stand up to scrutiny.
- Develop high-quality, performant software through TDD/BDD practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute proactively to team initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key goals.
- Take ownership of multiple stories from the product backlog, covering the entire technology stack of our platform.
- Provide coaching and leadership to the engineering team, mentor junior members, and foster collaborative solutions.
Qualifications We're Seeking:
- Solid experience in TDD/BDD and CI/CD practices.
- Expertise in web applications, including SaaS environments.
- Understanding of the serverless framework.
- Prior experience in agile startup/scaleup environments.
