Skills that we’re looking for:

Governance Lead / System and Application Administrator/ ICT Technical Specialist

  • Database administration experience including Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with configuration and management of VMWare vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualisation environments.
  • Experience with network attached storage appliances including NetApp systems.
  • Network infrastructure configuration including firewall and switch management.
  • Security application sustainment support experience including Nuix, Splunk or Stroom.
  • Extensive experience with ICT system administration and development to provide SME advice and support to ITIS analysts and management.
  • Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, Docker experience is also desirable
  • Ability to create, maintain and upgrade governance documentation suites relating to data, application, system and security administration.

Security Analyst

  • Data analysis and investigative support experience
  • Experience with the range of data security classifications and information handling practices.
  • Experience handling and analysing evidentiary data and contributing to investigations including digital forensics practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and investigative software applications (Nuix, FTK, Axiom, X-Ways).
  • Experience with documenting and improving business situations and operating procedures.

Data Manager

  • Skilled in data integrity assessment from multiple sources and providing advice on the transformation or capture of data from one format/medium to another.
  • Experience in maintaining and implementing information handling procedures
  • Ability to understand and communicate relevant data sharing legislation, guidelines and organisational procedures to support the wide spectrum of potential uses for unit data.
  • Ability to understand metadata concepts and different ways of summarising data, including its purpose and benefits and can follow organisation standards and procedures relating to understanding of existing data
