We are seeking a dynamic and progressive Compensation and Benefits professional to lead Alcoa?s Total Rewards function for Australia.

This role reports to the Global Vice President of Total Rewards (based in the US) and is responsible for ensuring programs and processes are aligned with the organisation?s and region?s strategic objectives, culture, and global Total Rewards philosophy.

Key activities include, but are not limited to the followings:

  • Manages compensation and benefits design, implementation, and operationalization within Australia.
  • Reviews the company?s competitive compensation levels relative to market, developing and recommending
