• Training Simulation – convert procedures, inductions and competencies into LMS linked, micro-credentialled, interactive CGI training sims for high retention, efficiency and engagement
• Project Simulation – build CGI sims to make design projects move faster with assured validation, verification, integration, operations, construction, engagement and approvals

About the role 

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging training module content/e-learning materials using various multimedia tools. This role requires a blend of artistic skills, technical expertise, creativity, and instructional design experience to create high-quality eLearning materials.

This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Content Development

o Create and develop interactive training modules using multimedia tools

o Design and produce graphics, animations, and videos to enhance learning content

o Use Canva for designing visually appealing eLearning assets

• Video Editing

o Edit and produce instructional videos using Adobe Premiere or similar software

o Ensure all video content is of high quality and aligns with the instructional go

• Instructional Design

o Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective training materials

o Research and apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered eLearning content

o Conduct needs assessments and analysis to determine learning objectives and outcomes

• Technical Learning

o Develop and implement technical training content tailored to various learning styles

o Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all learning materials

• Collaboration and Communication

o Work closely with the instructional design team, SMEs, and other stakeholders

o Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliverables

o Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of training materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multimedia content development and/or instructional design
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience with technical learning content development is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate (nice to have)
• Familiarity with other eLearning authoring tools
• Knowledge of best practices in eLearning and instructional design
