Join our dynamic team at ETS Compound We are looking for a friendly and organised individual to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, assist with membership sales, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. If you have communication skills and a passion for fitness and customer service, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests as they enter the gym.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with membership sales and renewals.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the gym's appointment calendar.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk area.
• Ensure compliance with gym policies and procedures.
• Handle member feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software (e.g. scheduling software) and social media apps (e.g. instagram and facebook).
• Knowledge of fitness industry terminology and services is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Having a WWC Check (Blue Card) will increase the chance of securing this role
