About the Role

Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experiencedProject Administrator to join us on Bundaberg Solar Farm project (Monday to Friday). Some of your key responsibilities will include;

  • Maintain the site roster, organise work crews and schedule flights/ accommodation.
  • Project finance tracking, cost control, documentation management and reporting.
  • Supporting with resourcing activities for labour hire, contractors schedule and timesheet compliance.
  • Assisting the Procurement team with raising purchase orders for site equipment and materials.
  • Assist various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Document and version control in conjunction with the Document Controller and project Quality Advisor.
  • Maintenance of various site registers, minute taking and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain personal accountability and hold a sound knowledge of Monford’s Business Management Systems including all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure all work is of a high standard and compliant with quality control frameworks.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Cert IV Qualification or higher in Administration of Business (Desirable but not essential)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and previous experience working on construction projects.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with Viewpoint software is an advantage but not essential.
