Brown & Co Lawyers is a successful and busy law firm located in Lilydale & Ringwood with a strong focus on Family Law, Family Violence, Wills & Estates, Criminal Matters and General Practice. The firm is looking to expand due to increased workloads, resulting from natural growth since we opened our doors. This is thanks to providing strong results and great service to our clients, which is reflected in our excellent Google Reviews. We are a family run law firm, with a modern approach to work/life balance.
We are looking for successful candidates who will have been practising in Family Law and preferably, had exposure to other areas of law associated with Family Law, to work at our Lilydale office. You must have a proven ability to foster client relationships, have proven referral sources and be driven to perform.
You will be responsible for handling the care and conduct of client matters where proven time-management skills will be vital, as are advocacy skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Whilst experience using Silq is preferable, you must have strong drafting and typing skills using Microsoft office. You will have no difficulties in being proactive as a part of a busy team including some administrative work (answering client calls directly, invoicing, etc). Mentoring, assistance and supervision will be provided by the firm's managing partner to ensure you feel supported at all times.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidates based on experience and proven established referral sources. Candidates with an established practice and proven track record will be highly valued. We ensure that staff who achieve their goals and work hard, are properly rewarded and valued for their efforts and commitment.
