The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Brand & Engagement will be a key business partner to the senior leadership team, driving the organisation’s brand transformation and uplift. The key areas of focus for this position will be to:


  • Lead and manage the execution of the organisation-wide complete rebrand strategy.
  • Collaborate with key members of the organisation to deliver on strategic objectives, continuing to elevate and professionalise the function.
  • Ensure the organisation’s value proposition is embedded and understood by employees, clients, and their families.
  • Foster and lead a culture that is data-led, values driven, accountable and customer centric.

About You

The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant experience in senior management positions.
  • Proven success leading initiatives through significant change and/or transformation.
  • Extensive experience across PR/communication during crisis management.
  • Experience working in Disability, or broader Human Services Sector, is highly desirable.

What’s on Offer

The purpose of this position is to lead the implementation of the organisation’s brand, marketing and communications strategy to support the organisation to deliver on its purpose and strategic objectives. The role will lead the functional areas of brand, marketing, internal engagement, external engagement, media and public relations. An attractive remuneration package and benefits will be offered to the successful applicant, including Not-for-Profit salary packaging.
