Perth, Österreich Floating Solutions Consulting Vollzeit

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a great opportunity for an early career Naval Architect to join our team in Perth. The role would suit a logical thinker with a good understanding of hull structures, great communication and client facing skills and the desire to make an impact both externally delivering cost and risk reductions for our clients, and internally contributing to shaping the future of our team and business.

We offer flexible and remote working practices, 5 weeks paid annual leave and a generous stakeholder profit share scheme.

ABOUT FSC

Floating Solutions Consulting are a leading hull structures integrity management specialist. We provide independent technical, strategic and commercial advice and support to clients across the Energy, Commercial and Defence sectors to optimise the in-service performance and sustainment of hull structures. We bring the ‘engineering smarts’ which are traditionally mainly applied during design, into the sustainment phase. Given this typically makes up around 70% of the total lifecycle costs of an asset our work can deliver major benefits.

Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 20 based on a strong track record of being a trusted and reliable partner providing clients with significant and demonstrable cost and risk reductions in this space.

Our people are more than just employees, they are ‘stakeholders’ in our organisation. We promote team empowerment and trust, cultural diversity, integrity and transparency. We don’t micro-manage our team, we ‘manage stuff’ but we lead and train people as decision makers.
