Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

The temporary 12 month 0.8FTE position of Staff Psychiatrist, Forensic CYMHS, will provide specialist consultant child and adolescent forensic psychiatry services across Youth Detention Centres and other relevant youth justice or child and youth mental health settings, as required. This position will be primarily focussed on forensic mental health, though may be required to undertake other temporary or permanent duties as directed by the Medical Director, CYMHS, CHQ HHS.
