We’re a cross-functional collaborative team, enjoying working together with product managers, marketing, finance, and customer service functions. You’ll get exposure to the whole product development lifecycle and fast feedback loops about how your work directly impacts the customer, and helps the business succeed.

All of our teams use a variation of C#, .NET core, ASP.NET MVC, Microservices, react and AWS.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Using your expertise in modern agile practices, you’ll contribute to planning, building and supporting great softwaresolutions that deliver quality at scale, automating where possible.
  • Be involved in all aspects of software engineering practices including breaking down work, code review, testing, source control, build processes
  • Collaborate and build great connections with your own team, the wider RedBook Group, and the larger Carsales family
  • Create and enhance team culture, by sharing your knowledge and ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback
Qualifications

What we are looking for?

  • A full stack developer with strong frontend (React) experience and Backend (.Net focused) with exposure to Cloud (AWS or Azure)
  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously)
  • A growth mindset and a desire to collaborate and knowledge share
  • A passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices in engineering
