YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

Responsibilities

Under the mentorship of an adept Administration Manager, you'll have the opportunity to refine and expand your expertise. Candidates are expected to bring a solid foundation in Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation. Responsibilities will include:

  • Detailed management of accounts receivable
  • Conducting thorough bank reconciliation processes
  • Providing HR administrative support
  • Gaining skills in payroll process support
  • Supporting the team, including reception duties and event coordination

  • A background in accounts receivable, debtor management, and credit checks
  • Proficiency with MYOB EXO and MYOB business software
  • Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous but not essential
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, ready to contribute to the team's success
