The Opportunity

  • Mentor, coach and manage a customer focused and engaged customer service and administration team ensuring market leading delivery of service and achievement of company KPIs 
  • Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation. 
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance 
  • Manage and maintain accurate data records 
  • Drive continuous improvement in the utilisation and productivity of administration and customer service processes 
  • Reporting and analysis of month end profit and loss activity and site performance highlighting cost and revenue trends 
  • Hands-on team, site and operational support where required 

About You

  • Experience in managing/ supervising customer service/administrative teams and personnel 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team through change 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Financial experience preferred
  • Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation 
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent experience 
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms and reporting
