About the Role

We are looking for a HSE Coordinator based in our Canning Vale offices to join our HSE team.

Who should apply?

Reporting to the HSE Manager, key duties include:

  • Maintain the HSE reporting System including IVMS and Hydration monitoring
  • Align HSE and Emergency Management plans to projects
  • Support operations in the delivery of HSE improvements and initiatives
  • Oversee incident reporting and data management
  • Assist in incident investigations
  • Report on HSE performance
  • Provide HSE legislation updates to the business
  • Conduct Internal HSE Audits and participate in certifying body audits
  • Monitor inspection schedules and corrective actions
  • Development and review of HSE procedures
  • Provide advice and assistance to Managers, Supervisors and field staff on HSE matters
  • Provision of support to field HSE advisors

About you

  • Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety
  • ICAM or similar
  • Previous experience in a HSE role is mandatory (minimum 3 years)
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Well developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
