Job DescriptionUlton has an opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join its highly respected and award-winning Wealth Management team. We're a values-based firm that builds long-term relationships with our clients and communities. The mission of our Wealth Management team – and this role - is to provide high level strategic advice and service to clients who want our advice to improve their lives and help them to obtain their goals.
A full-time opportunity exists for a Client Services Officer in our Bundaberg office. You will be the first point of contact for clients - maintaining and developing new and existing relationships. To be successful in this purely administrative role you will be a self-starting and highly motivated professional who thrives on a fast paced and busy environment.
Ideally you will have previous success in client service administration functions within a Chartered Accounting or Wealth Management environment. Alternatively, you will have previous success in a fast paced, results and deadline driven administrative role within a professional business.

Hours can be varied to suit a candidate looking for part-time or full-time hours. Other flexible options like RDOs are also negotiable. A remote location for this candidate may be possible for the right candidate.

Desired Skills and Experience- Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects / jobs at the same time, from start to finish (including developing plans, regularly communicating with stakeholders and monitoring progress maintaining the project within deadlines and required standards).
- Demonstrated ability of high-level responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
- Possess (or currently studying) Financial Planning qualifications (desirable).
