About the Position

The Maintenance Storeperson is responsible for performing the maintaining, planning and procurement function for all maintenance parts.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Based in Kewdale and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the duties and responsibilities associated with this role will include, but are not limited to:

Manage spares components as per Min/Max and safety stock level in Navision/MEX (CMMS) to ensure demand requirements are achieved

MRP authorisation process of spares and critical spares to minimize planned machine downtime

Contribute to continuous improvements through ERP system to achieve automation of the end-to-end planning process on spares

Ensure healthy stock levels through implementing strategies to reduce inventory and aged stock holdings

Contribute to projects as per company strategies of implementing ERP Integration project as required by business

Contribute towards stock takes

About you

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess all the following attributes:

APICS or Tertiary relevant training or Procurement experience

ERP Systems knowledge 

Proactive and customer focused attitude to continuous improvement

Microsoft Office and Outlook
