The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a driven and motivated Production Team Leader to join our team in Broadmeadows. Reporting to the Production Manager this role will see you supporting and working as part of the team responsible for the dismantling and supply of parts to Accident Repair Centres. This is a permanent full-time role providing you with opportunities for growth, stability and security.

To succeed in this role you will:

  • Have demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Experienced in the automotive industry; mechanical qualification ideal
  • Preferably have a Forklift licence, or be willing to obtain
  • Be results oriented without compromising Safety or Quality
  • Lead your team to safely and efficiently deliver the production plan
  • Provide on-job training and coaching to dismantlers
  • Provide daily reporting to the Production Manager
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Monitor and evaluate performance throughout the shift to identify variance from the production plan and act where necessary
  • Carry out inspections and job observations
  • General computer literacy, with intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
  • Pinnacle experience advantageous
