The Opportunity:
A premier law firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Legal Administrative Assistant to assist with their Litigation team in Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for a junior candidate eager to continue their administrative career within a professional legal environment. The position involves providing comprehensive support across three litigation teams, assisting six partners, and offering leave coverage for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties such as document management, filing, and binding.
  • Handle the opening and closing of matters, and conduct conflict searches.
  • Manage time entries, process third-party invoices, and handle team expenses.
  • Prepare documents including letters, contracts, and general correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and drafting of court documents.
  • Provide support with monthly billing tasks.
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 3 years' experience
  • Motivation to build a rewarding career in professional services.
  • A customer service mindset with the confidence to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
