As Australia’s largest annuity provider, we provide regular income payments to thousands of Australian retirees. Our lifetime annuities protect retirees from the risk of running out of money late in life.

The regular retirement incomes we pay are backed by a high-quality investment portfolio, including fixed income and commercial property investments. These investments generate regular and predictable investment income, which we use to fund retirement incomes paid to our customers.

About the role

About the opportunityIn this newly created position, you’ll take full ownership of the successful adoption and embedding of FAR processes across the business ensuring seamless integration into Challenger's existing governance, remuneration and risk frameworks. You’ll be responsible for setting up and driving delivery of the FAR across the business.Reporting into the Head of Performance, Reward and Operations your core purpose will initially be the execution of the FAR implementation strategy and governance framework, and the subsequent development and implementation of an effective communication strategy & training and education program.

Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
