The Role

Our first club has been an incredible success, and we are now entering an exciting growth phase with new sites set to launch in South Yarra and Toorak in the coming months. With this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reformer Pilates Head Coach to ensure our Reformer Pilates experience is a unique point of difference that sets us apart.

This role involves a blend of class delivery, scheduling across our Melbourne clubs, attracting, retaining, and developing a highly skilled team of Pilates instructors that are obsessed with delivering world class programs every time, coaching and mentoring, team management, and shaping unique experiences that elevate our Pilates offering to the next level.

We’re looking for a top-tier Pilates professional who is passionate about delivering game-changing Pilates classes that drive our clubs as a key point of attraction, making members want to join and stay in our clubs. We need someone committed to excellence and consistency, who lives and breathes health and wellness, who loves inspiring others to perform and excel.

This person should be a strong leader who knows how to engage, develop, and elevate team members' performance. We seek someone who can seamlessly integrate into our team culture, embodying warmth, passion, authenticity, and inspiration, who is grounded and self-assured.

Responsibilities:

  • Class Excellence: Lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes ensuring the experience is elevated and offers a unique point of difference.
  • Class Delivery: Deliver classes across all clubs (a fraction of the week)
  • Scheduling Management: Oversee and optimize class schedules across our VIC state locations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a top-performing team of Pilates instructors dedicated to excellence.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to instructors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the Pilates program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Innovative Programming: Design and implement innovative Pilates programs that attract and retain members.

  • Pilates Expertise: Extensive experience in Pilates instruction with a strong commitment to delivering top-tier classes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
  • Health and Wellness Enthusiast: Passionate about health and wellness, with a drive to inspire others.
