Our client is an established, industry-leading Commercial Real Estate firm located in Western Sydney.

With an extensive portfolio of luxury assets under management, they are seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team located at their state-of-the-art, modern office. 
Working with a supportive Head of Department, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of a number tenancies - primarily retail, commercial and industrial spaces

  • The Role:
    Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial
    Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants
    Attend internal & external business commitments
    Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
    Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies
    See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner’s objectives and investment strategies.
    Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
    No weekends 
  • About you:
    Minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Property Management
    Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict
    Both commercial and facility management experience ideal
    Agents Representative Certificate and drivers license
    Understanding of the Retail Leases Act
    Enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent organisational skills and time-management
