OUR TEAM

Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards – and set our people on rewarding career paths.

YOUR ROLE

Provide real-time product/technology expertise to manage technical challenges.

Monitor performance and propose improvements throughout the product lifecycle

Implement and validate new processes and standards for the Process Engineering & Operations Team.

Prepare documents and update quality indicators.

Analyse and validate technical enhancements, develop and implement new solutions.

Complete thorough upfront planning

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Must have welding experience

Engineering qualification required or extensive relevant experience

Intermediate level knowledge of production, product and repair processes

Basic knowledge of industrial management control

Ability to work in a team environment
