The Global Markets Chief Operating Office is responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction of the Global Markets business, as well as leading the operational effectiveness of activities that span across the Global Markets business such as the technology and change portfolio, transformation activities, and regulatory systems.

In this role, you will be accountable for delivery of strategic technology change across Fixed Income, Rates, Currency and Commodities.

You will work with stakeholders of all levels of seniority across the Group as you assist in delivery of IB&M strategy, whilst ensuring ongoing awareness and review of risks.

About the OrganisationThe business is a motor retail business in the automotive sector with vehicle dealerships in Victoria and New South Wales. The Group employs almost 700 people nationally and represents 27 OEM brands across 47 locations.Purpose of the RoleThe company is looking for a leader who can implement an organic growth strategy for the existing motor retail network and develop a five-year diversification strategy to expand the business across the automotive value chain. The CEO will lead the organisation, implement the board-approved strategy, build a resilient business model that navigates the cyclical nature of the automotive industry and capitalise on opportunities as they arise.The successful candidate will be rewarded with a permanent, full-time position and a great opportunity to work in a results-oriented, professional environment where they will be responsible for the company’s continued success.Key Deliverables• Develop the businesses 5-year strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the Board.• Implement, monitor progress, and seek Board approval for any changes to the approved strategy.• Develop the company’s culture and overall vision aligned to the strategy.• Leading, motivating and developing subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing team.• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.• Work with the chief financial officer to prepare the organisation’s annual budgets, analyse the risk of its investments, and advise the board of directors on the risk and return of the investments.• Overseeing business performance and customer experience quality throughout the company by setting goals for each department in collaboration with the departmental head.• Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's markets and industry.• Manage and mitigate organizational risk through appropriate risk assessments, controls, and insurance.• Ensure that the appropriate levels of corporate governance and compliance with all laws and regulations permeate throughout the organisation and that the appropriate internal controls are maintained and reviewed.Key Selection Criteria• A proven track record within the Australian Automotive market.• Ability to create, communicate and secure Board approval to implement the new 5-year strategy.• Leadership skills to build and lead senior management teams and to manage internal and external conflicts.• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.• Buy/Sell experience from negotiating deals through to their implementation and absorption into the group• The ability to use judgment to make decisions.• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills.• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.• Proven negotiation skills.Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:1. Honours or master’s degree in business or related professional qualification.2. Experience in leading automotive companies as a CEO or MD: minimum ten years.3. A proven track record in leading teams and achieving results in:• Motor dealer group retail: minimum five years.• Parts import and distribution, either aftermarket or OEM, via own and franchise network: minimum five years.4. In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management.5. Ability to train, develop and manage executive teams.

Job Title: Director, Andrew Wommack Ministries Aust LtdSchedule: Full Time Location: Nerang, QLD Date Closing: When filled REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must have completed all three years of study at Charis Bible College.Must be ordained by Charis Bible College / Andrew Wommack MinistriesMust have completed the Directors Training Program, either in Colorado or through an approved extension school.Must have completed one year at an extension school or AWM location in the Directors Internship.Must have the recommendation of the director of the Charis location from where the candidate graduated and from the director under whom they interned.Must have the recommendation of the World Outreach Regional Director and World Outreach staffLINE OF AUTHORITY:The Director will oversee all operations in their office location as well as all the Director(s) of Charis Bible College and its operations within their nation.DUTIES GENERAL:The Director of AWMA will facilitate the Charis locations in their nation, providing them with the resources necessary to operate their campuses.They will serve as the direct line of authority to the Charis Director(s) within their nation.The Director of AWMA will ensure the reporting of the Charis Director, as well as completing all reporting required for the AWM office.The Director of AWMA will communicate all pertinent information from their line of accountability to their staff.The Director of AWMA will engage in professional development, ongoing training and discipleship with their staff (AMW/Charis) and students of all Charis Bible College locations in their nation.The Director of AWMA will facilitate the discipleship of partners within the ministry.The Director of AWMA work with the production and distribution of product for the ministry.The Director of AWMA will facilitate the correspondence course for their nation.DUTIES SPECIFIC:The Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries will oversee the production/printing of all materials necessary to operate each Charis location.The Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries will provide direction to their line of authority, establishing deadlines and benchmarks for each department.The Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries enforce the communication schedule established by World Outreach designed to impact their partners and donors, as well as providing oversight for correspondence students.The Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries will oversee the operations of the ministry as it pertains to the following:Production and distribution of materials.Translation of materials.Oversight of partner relations.Marketing and advertising of the AWM location and all Charis locations within that nation.Maintaining the correspondence program within that nation.Creation and oversight of the annual budgetGUIDELINES:Andrew Wommack Ministries Directors will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives as well as submit to the doctrine of the “Doctrinal Statement.”
