As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering groundbreaking integrated creative projects, from 3D built environments to experiential campaigns and digital content. Your leadership and organizational skills will instill confidence in stakeholders and your team. You will guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and fostering successful client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery, adhering to agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Smoothly onboard projects into the studio, setting clear expectations and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide exceptional client service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Promote collaboration between creative and production teams to address briefs effectively.
  • Oversee financial accountability by managing large-scale budgets and billing schedules.
  • Manage internal resources, including studio resourcing and freelancer management.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills as the primary liaison between studio, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a role model for project management and client services, supporting and leading the team.
  • Confidently present work and articulate ideas internally and externally.
  • Keep up with client projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve tools, systems, and processes within the agency.
  • Uphold B-Corp values, focusing on the environmental and social impact of projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years working within a creative agency, in-house or comparable experience dealing withcreative teams and output.
  • Proven experience of direct client management.
  • Experienced in helping lead creative teams through detailed briefs, and adapting and tailoringapproaches to deliver.
  • A lateral thinker, who feels comfortable delivering projects across our broad range of services.
  • An exceptional organiser, you will be adept at managing project timelines across multipleprojects, to ensure that projects are deliveredwith executional excellence.
  • Ability to run projects with rigour, managing and reporting to bring ambitious briefs in on time and within budget.
