Summary:

MaxMine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales operations across Australia. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the mining or technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs and company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the executive team.
  • Represent MaxMine at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the mining or technology sectors.
  • Strong network within the Australian mining industry.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
