HSE Coordinator

Our client specialises in cutting-edge technology solutions for workplace safety and hazard management. They're a global leader in providing advanced safety monitoring systems that ensure the well-being of employees across various industries such as mining and construction.

• Safety Advocacy: Identify and eliminate workplace hazards, ensuring the safety of all employees.
• Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, crafting safe work environments for everyone.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to ongoing HSE management plan evolution, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Data Analysis: Monitor accident trends, provide insights, and present reports to the Leadership Team.
• Injury Management: Oversee cases, liaise with external providers, and manage incident investigations.
• Audit & Training: Develop and oversee HSE audit plans, and deliver training on programs, policies, and practices.

• Qualifications: Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Rehabilitation/Return to Work, or Injury Management certifications.
• Skills: Stakeholder management, strong communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing HSE role, with injury management experience.

This position is ideal for an HSE admin/officer/assistant who wants to step up to a coordination role.
