About the role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide day to day oversight and management of our front facing service operating model. The objective is to provide a service excellence model for front facing education opportunities, conduct transactions and more importantly provide the service that is in line with the fund’s values and brand drivers. This role will also manage and service our members, employers and other relevant parties.

About you:

You're a dynamic leader who understands customer service management and is committed to delivering excellent experiences. You're adept at developing strategies that align with our values and guiding teams through challenges. You foster a supportive work environment and genuinely care about making a positive impact on our members and stakeholders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Adelaide ServicePlus Centre
  • Developing the team and ensuring that we are servicing in-line with the funds service and operating model
  • Ensuring that the team is offering an exceptional level of customer service in-line with the funds values and brand proposition
  • Managing escalations and understanding opportunities for improvements and changes
  • Representing the face to face servicing strategy for Hostplus
  • Providing development, training, strong support and leadership
